T Shirt size was not fitting even though the size mentioned was correct

Out of the T Shirts that i had bought, one T Shirt size was not fitting even though the size mentioned was correct.

As I have a practice of washing the new cloth before wearing, I did NOT take the trail. Post the washing, its NOT fitting me. NO Idea if you would still be able to help me.
